What this site knows about you
Almost nothing, and none of it by name. There are no accounts here, no newsletter and no advertising — which leaves analytics, server logs and any email you choose to send.
Last updated Aug 18, 2026
The short version
- Google Analytics counts visits and sets cookies. That is the only tracking on the site.
- No account, no sign-in, no newsletter, no advertising network, no cross-site profiling.
- Searching and filtering the model tables happens inside your browser. Those keystrokes never reach a server.
- Anything you email contact@llmwaves.com is kept only as long as it takes to deal with it.
What this site collects
Every page loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-F8BXE0Y1Q1). On each page view it records the page you are on, the site or search engine that sent you, a coarse device and browser description, and a randomly generated visitor ID stored in a cookie on your machine.
Your IP address reaches Google as part of that request. Google uses it to derive an approximate location — city level at best, and often only the country — and states that it does not store the address itself in Analytics. It is never shown to us, at any level of detail.
Separately, the servers that deliver this site keep ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, the file requested, the browser string — the way every web server does. They exist to serve pages and to spot abuse, they are not joined to the analytics data, and they age out on the hosting provider's schedule.
What it does not collect
- No accounts, passwords, or sign-in of any kind. There is nothing here to log into.
- No email list. Nothing on this site asks for your address.
- No advertising, no ad network, no retargeting pixel, no social tracking widget.
- No payment details. Nothing is sold here.
- No fingerprinting beyond what the analytics cookie described above does.
- No record of what you search for. The search and filter controls on the model index and the blog run entirely in your browser, over data your browser has already downloaded. Those queries are never transmitted anywhere.
Who else sees it
Three companies are involved in delivering this site, and no data is sold or shared beyond them.
- Google, as the analytics provider, under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the request logs described above.
- Our storage provider, which holds images attached to blog posts. Article text is fetched when the site is built, not when you read it, so reading an article involves no database call from your browser — but your browser does request the images themselves from that provider.
Web fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts: they are downloaded once when the site is built. Loading a page here does not make a request to Google for typography.
Email you send us
Mail to contact@llmwaves.com sits in a mailbox until the matter is settled, and is kept afterwards only where a record is genuinely useful — a correction to a published figure, for instance, where the source of the fix matters later. It is never added to a mailing list and never passed to anyone else.
Your choices
- Refuse or delete the cookies in your browser settings. Nothing here breaks.
- Install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on to stop the measurement across every site that uses it, not just this one.
- Use any tracker-blocking extension or a browser that blocks analytics by default. This site is built to work without JavaScript-driven measurement.
- Ask us directly. Write to contact@llmwaves.com to ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a statutory right to this; we will honour the request either way. Be aware that the analytics data is not tied to a name or an address, so the practical answer is usually that there is nothing to look up — which is the point of collecting so little.
Children
This is a reference site about machine learning benchmarks. It is not directed at children, and nothing here knowingly collects information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what is collected changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes — a new processor, a new category of data — will be described here rather than folded in quietly.
Questions about any of it go to contact@llmwaves.com. This site is operated by LLM Waves.
