Pricing

Pay to have it pushed to you

Everything public on this site stays public and free — all 404 models, every leaderboard, the whole methodology. What you are paying for is the work that does not fit on a page: the diff between this week and last, the dataset in full, and the cost arithmetic run against your token mix instead of ours.

Monthly, in US dollars. No account to create — the research goes to the address you pay with.

Signal

$30 /month

One email a week, plus a monthly snapshot

What moved this week, and what it means for the shortlist you already have.

Includes:

  • Weekly change report: models added and withdrawn, price moves, benchmark revisions, new serving providers — each with the figure before and after, not just a headline.
  • Monthly leaderboard snapshot across intelligence, coding, agentic work, arena Elo, output speed and cost per task.
  • Monthly CSV of the full index with the headline metrics for every model.
  • A plain note when a model you are likely using is retired, repriced or superseded.

Engineers who pick models occasionally and do not want to re-read the index every time.

Analyst

Recommended

$50 /month

Weekly email, fortnightly analysis, monthly full export

The whole dataset, and the cost arithmetic run against your workload rather than ours.

Everything in Signal, plus:

  • Full dataset export each month, CSV and JSON: every benchmark field, per-category arena Elo, provider-level speed, latency and price, plus batch and cache-read rates.
  • Cost per task modelled on your own token profile instead of the site's fixed one — send your input and output mix and get the ranked table back.
  • Task-fit shortlists built from usage data across 29 task categories, from code review and SQL to extraction and long-form writing.
  • A written deep dive every fortnight on one segment: coding agents, inference economics, open weights, long context.
  • Email questions answered by the person who maintains the index.

Anyone whose decision turns on cost at a specific token mix, or on a capability the public tables aggregate away.

Advisory

$100 /month

Weekly export and change log, quarterly briefing

A standing second opinion for teams whose model choices carry a budget.

Everything in Analyst, plus:

  • Weekly export with a machine-readable change log — the diff between snapshots, ready to drop into your own tracking.
  • Quarterly procurement briefing: a written recommendation for one named workload, with the numbers and the reasoning behind it, in a form you can forward to finance.
  • Provider shortlist at endpoint level for the specific models you run, rather than the median across every provider serving them.
  • One commissioned comparison each quarter: your prompts, your scoring rule, our measurement and write-up.
  • Priority replies from a named contact, and early sight of new indices before they are published.

Teams running models in production who have to defend the choice to someone else.

Annual billing, invoicing, purchase orders and multi-seat arrangements are all possible — ask at contact@llmwaves.com.

In every plan

What the price does not come with

Mostly friction. There is no dashboard to learn, no seat management, and no contract to negotiate before the first email arrives.

Nothing to sign up for

No account, no password, no onboarding call. Checkout captures an email address and that is where the research goes. Reply to any email to change the address.

Cancel from the receipt

Every receipt carries a link to manage or cancel the subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current month running to its end.

Invoices and tax handled

Payments run through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so VAT, GST and sales tax are charged correctly and a proper invoice lands with the receipt.

The method stays published

Nothing becomes a black box behind a paywall. The methodology that produces every figure you receive is public, including the parts that are estimates.

How it works

Three steps, none of them a form

01

Pay for the month

Lemon Squeezy takes the payment and the email address. Card, and the wallets it supports, in US dollars.

02

First email inside a working day

The current snapshot and the latest change report, so you start with the full picture rather than waiting for the next cycle.

03

Then on the rhythm you bought

Weekly, fortnightly or quarterly as the plan describes. Reply to any of it — the replies come to a person, not a queue.

Questions

Before you pay

Is the free site about to get worse?

No. Every table, chart and leaderboard that is public today stays public, including the 404 models, 59 creators and 81 inference providers in the index. The subscriptions sell delivery, depth and bespoke arithmetic — not access to figures that used to be free.

Why is there nothing to log into?

Because an account would be a database of names and passwords in exchange for sending email. The checkout already captures the one thing needed to deliver the research, so that is all that is kept. What that means for your data is on the privacy page.

What if the first month is useless?

Reply to the receipt within 14 days and it is refunded, without a conversation about why. After that, cancelling stops the next charge.

Can I share the exports inside my company?

Yes — across your team, in internal documents and in decisions you have to justify to other people. What is not included is republishing the dataset, reselling it, or using it to build a competing index. The subscription terms set out the line.

How current is any of it?

The index was last refreshed on 2026-10-13. Benchmarks and prices are point-in-time snapshots that move constantly, which is the reason a weekly diff is worth paying for at all. When a figure turns out to be wrong it is corrected, and the correction is named rather than quietly applied.

Is this advice?

It is measurement, analysis and an opinion about what the numbers support. It is not professional advice and it carries no warranty — a procurement decision is still yours, and the figures should be checked against the vendor's own pricing before money moves.
